While we endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, sometimes we may need to utilise the full processing time. If you require an order within a certain time frame please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm we will be able to fulfil your requirements.
Crystallis is a small independent business. While we would love to be able to offer standard free and next day delivery, this is just not possible. We do however ship orders as quickly as possible and charge the minimum amount for shipping that is sustainable for Crystallis to operate.
Shipping fees incorporate both the cost we pay to your chosen service, whether that be Royal Mail or a courier; as well as a small contribution towards the cost of the packaging supplies such as the boxes and protective wrapping we use to keep your purchases safe on their journey.

Please be aware that items requiring pallet shipping will be quoted on an individual basis. We cannot give an exact price on the cost of pallet shipping as it will vary depending on your location. After your order has been placed we will check the cost of your shipping and invoice this to you separately. In our experience pallet shipping can cost anywhere between £40 - £200, but can on occasion be more than this. If you need to know the exact cost of shipping prior to placing your order please email us at hello@crystallisuk.com. If an order is cancelled due to refusal to pay the shipping fee, we will apply a 10% order cancelation charge to cover the payment processing fees we will incur as a result of your order.

We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address if the address is not provided correctly at checkout. Please ensure you check your details carefully before placing your order.
If your item is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will charge for any additional shipping costs to re-ship it to you. Alternatively we will refund your order, but the cost of packaging and shipping will be deducted from any refund due as well as a 10% order cancellation fee to cover our processing costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders under 2kg in total weight can be shipped via Royal Mail in order to offer a more affordable option. Your orders are always sent using the fastest but most cost effective way for you.
Please also bear in mind that Crystallis UK does not collect taxes for international orders and so you will be responsible for any duties that need to be paid when your order reaches your country. If order is returned to us due to failure or refusal to pay duties you will not receive a refund.
