Crystallis Returns Policy
We have a standard 14 day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase please notify us by using our contact form below
Please be aware that some items including earrings and mystery boxes are non returnable.
Wholesale orders are excluded from our returns policy.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend sending your return tracked.
Returns must be received back in their original condition within 14 days of the return being accepted. If we do not receive your item within this time frame then we will be unable to process a refund.
Returns received after 14 days from the date we accepted the request will be sent back to the customer.
Any returns received not in their original condition will have an appropriate portion of value deducted from your refund to account for the lost value, in line with UK Law. If items are not saleable when received back, these will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. You must cooperate fully in any insurance claims by providing photographs of the damaged items as well as the packaging (inside and outer packaging). If you do not provide us with photographs and/or information regarding your order when requested we reserve the right to refuse a return.
*Please note that sale items are excluded from our standard returns policy and are non refundable. Although excluded, we do accept the return of sale items, however you will receive store credit in place of a monetary refund. Usual terms apply in regards to the condition of items being as they were when sent.
