Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes, we have recently started offering wholesale to other businesses. You can register for an account here

Once registered and logged into your account you will be able to access a separate wholesale portal where all of our wholesale products will be displayed. 

Please make sure to read our wholesale terms prior to placing any wholesale orders.

  

What is the return policy?

We have a standard 14 day return policy. Please visit our returns policy page to find out more information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow the cancelation of orders as standard. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can request a return for your order using the form on our returns policy page once you have received it. 

 

What are the shipping options?

We ship by Royal Mail and Courier. To find out more about shipping please visit our Shipping Policy Page.

 

Do you ship internationally?

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible but our processing time is up to 3 working days. Once your order has been processed, the time it takes to receive will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout.

If you have selected Royal Mail then please check their website for information regarding any postal delays they may be experiencing.

If you have selected courier shipping then your parcel will be sent using a 24 - 48 hour service. Please bear in mind that delays by the courier are outside of our control. Please use your tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email for further information.

 

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If it has been over 10 working days for Royal Mail deliverys, or over 5 working days for courier deliveries please get in touch via the contact us page.

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We are sorry to hear there has been a problem with your order. Please get in touch using the contact form on the contact us page so that we can help make things right.

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to change an order once it has been placed, however once you receive your order you are able to return it within 14 days for a full refund. Please see more information about our returns policy here.

 

What do I do if I made a mistake with my shipping address?

If you realise you've made a mistake with your address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact from on the contact us page. We can usually amend your shipping address as long as you notify us prior to it being dispatched, however if we have already processed your order and purchased your shipping label we may need to charge a fee for a correction.

We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error with the address given to us, so please ensure you double check this before placing your order.

We are located in the South East of England.
